Missed a press conference? Slides are available from AACR press room staff and audio of the presentations will be posted online within 24 hours. You may also speak with AACR press room staff about scheduling interviews with press conference presenters and moderators.
For those covering remotely, registration for press conference webcasts will open closer to the meeting. To receive information, please register for the meeting by contacting Charmaine Riley.
Interview rooms are available in 30-minute increments from Saturday, March 30 through Wednesday, April 3. We do our very best to accommodate everyone but space is limited. Please email Charmaine Riley to make a request, specifying whether the interview requires broadcast quality audio (i.e., you’ll need a quiet location).
As with previous meetings, we will also have hallway space near the press room for video crews with a small backdrop to set up for the duration of the meeting. If you plan to use the hallway, we would appreciate being notified in advance so we can have space identified upon your arrival.
Cancer center public information officers are invited to the AACR PIO Reception, Sunday, March 31, from 6-8 p.m. ET. Location is near the press office.
The media is invited to a reception to learn about trends in cancer research from AACR distinguished members on Monday, April 1, from 6-8 p.m. ET. Location is near the press office.
