Accommodations The conference will be held at The Westin Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Westin Charlotte is located approximately 7.3 miles away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). A reduced conference rate of $189 per night is available to conference attendees until Friday, May 31, 2019. Reservations may be made online or by calling 1-704-375-2600 and requesting the AACR Environmental Carcinogenesis conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 15.25%. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and accompanied by a first night deposit at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge 72 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
